REFUND POLICY

The return of license will be proceeded within 7days from the purchase date for the reasons mentioned below:

Errors while processing of order (like error in registration number, duplicate service ordered, etc). Mention some mandatory information in your email like your order number, Date of order, Windows you are using, Service that you have purchased.

You are also requested to mention issue and/or reason for abandonment of this service or for refund. After going through the formalities mention above, all eligible refunds excluding the service charge will receive a credit within 7 to 10 business day.

FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD CHARGES OR FRAUDULENT CLAIMS:

In case our technical department or legal department find your mode of payment/card unauthorized, a report will be lodged with credit card services. This may result in cancellation of your card services and may charge you with further possible laws.

NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS WHILE THE ORDER IS ON-PROCESS. NOR IT IS THE FAULT OF 247TECHAID IF THE ONLINE LINKS PROVIDED BY THE SUPPORT EXECTUIVE ARE MISSING. NO EXCEPTIONS ARE FOR THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.
